Connecting an Instagram profile
This quick start guide shows you how to connect Candor to your Instagram profile
Connect through Candor
You can setup your Instagram connection directly though Candor
On the Add source page of your Candor dashboard, find the Instagram card and press the Connect source button
That will take you to an Instagram login page
Login to your Instagram profile
You can follow the steps on the Instagram page to login and connect to Candor
Login to your Instagram account on the Instagram page
Due to limitations from Instagram, only Instagram Creator Accounts or Business Accounts can connect to Candor
Any profile can easily be turned into an Instagram Creator Account in just a couple of minutes - you can follow the official Instagram documentation here: How to set up a creator account on Instagram
Approve the permissions for Candor to access Instagram
Candor is only able to read comments on your posts. Candor cannot post on your Instagram.
You will be pointed back to Candor's website, where you will see your recent Instagram comments being analyzed for feedback
